• Reinforced Freight Packaging: Includes structural box support and a protective metal enclosure for the fish bags to prevent crushing, shield against air pressure changes, and accommodate heat packs if needed.

• Free Domestic Shipping: The cost of shipping from our facility to your US-based freight forwarder is included in the purchase price.

International packages do NOT include:

• International Shipping Fees: You make payment directly to your chosen freight forwarder for the international portion of the trip.

Shipping Timeline

• Delivery Estimates: Most packages reach your door within 5–9 days.

• Temperature Safety: Since heat packs only last 72 hours (covering the domestic leg), temperatures in your destination country must be between 55°F and 85°F for safe arrival.

We guarantee live international arrival when delivery is within 7 days of the ship date and you accept the package on the first delivery attempt.

• To claim a refund for any losses, please email The Endler Shop within one hour of delivery with clear digital photos. Once verified, a refund for losses will be issued or replacements shipped. Photo guidelines will be included in the shipping and tracking notification sent when your order ships.

• While 99% of our shipments arrive in excellent condition within the estimated window, the guarantee does not include packages that take longer than 7 days to arrive. International transit speeds and Customs processing times can run into unexpected delays, which are outside of our control. To ensure the best possible outcome for your fish, we strongly recommend selecting the fastest available freight forwarder for your specific region.

Step 1: Register with a Forwarder

• Before ordering from The Endler Shop, sign up with a reputable international freight forwarder that accepts live fish and that services your country with competitive rates and fast delivery.

Step 2: Place Your Order

• Complete your purchase on our site. During checkout, use the name and shipping address of your freight forwarder as the delivery address.

Step 3: Coordinate Shipping

• After purchase, we will provide you with a ship date. You must notify your forwarder of this date and provide them with the box dimensions and details (listed below).
  
  

Important: Customs and Legal Compliance

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that tropical fish can be legally imported into your country. Freight forwarders typically rely on your declaration that the shipment complies with all local and international laws. While you may choose to describe the contents at your own discretion, there is a possibility that Customs authorities may randomly inspect and halt any package if import requirements are not met. While issues are rare, we recommend full compliance with your local laws to ensure a successful delivery.
